Possible Western Sandpiper? Probably Not

I'm publishing this for IBET readers to help correct me as to whether or not I saw a Western Sandpiper at UIS on August 13.

I think this is a Least Sandpiper.

In this photo, it's the one on top that I suspect of being a Western Sandpiper, based on its breast coloration.  (However, after further review, I think the bird may be an adult Least Sandpiper.)  The odd distortions are due to a chain link fence between the birds and I.
